Two. Party B's responsibilities:

Timely communicate and implement the safety work assigned by Party A, and organize the implementation, inspection and implementation;

Report the activities to Party A in time;
5. Strictly abide by the "Ten No Sailing", "Five No Towing", "Fourteen Notices" and various port rules and regulations stipulated by the Ministry of Communications;
6. In case of typhoon or disastrous weather, listen to the weather forecast of relevant meteorological stations all day, analyze the meteorological trends, implement safety emergency measures, and report the ship dynamics and situation to Party A in time;
⒎ Organize the crew to carry out emergency drills such as lifesaving and fire fighting according to the time limit stipulated in the emergency drill system, and the drills shall be recorded in detail in the relevant record books;
⒏ Strictly abide by the navigation and berthing duty system. In the event of an accident, the safety leading group will immediately organize all the crew to rescue and report to Party A and the harbour superintendency administration for assistance from all parties. Afterwards, analyze the cause of the accident and sum up the experience and lessons;
(9) In case of personnel change on the ship, the disembarking personnel shall hand over their safety responsibilities and post responsibilities on the ship to their successors in the presence of members of the safety leading group, and shall not leave the ship before handing over;

Three. Party A's responsibilities:
1. Establish a safety management leading group headed by the first leader;
3. The team leader is directly responsible for the safety management of Party B under the leadership of the local competent department;
3. Timely convey and implement the laws, documents, notices or instructions related to safety of superiors to Party B, and regularly check the implementation;

5. Conduct safety knowledge education and necessary business technical training for all crew members of Party B every six months, and strive to improve the safety awareness and business technical quality of all crew members;
6. Supervise and assist Party B to establish, improve and implement various safety production systems and emergency drill plans, and check the implementation once every quarter;
Once a water accident happens, Party B must arrive at the scene in time to assist in handling the accident, and on the basis of investigation, assist Party B to analyze the cause and lessons of the accident and formulate corrective measures;
⒏ Implement the system of half-year assessment and year-end assessment; That is, the safety status of Party B and the implementation of the safety responsibility book shall be assessed once every six months; Conduct an evaluation at the end of the year.
