Civil legal liability of insurance companies and their agents:
Paragraph 1: Legal liability for signing on behalf of the policy holder or instigating or inducing signing on behalf of the policy holder;
It refers to the act of an insurance company and its agents substituting the signature of the insured in an insurance contract that requires the death of the insured as a condition for payment, or instigating or inducing the policy holder to sign the signature of the insured. In insurance practice, these two behaviors will cause the personal insurance contract to be invalid, and the insurance company generally needs to bear the main liability.
