Chapter I Purpose

Chapter III Basic System
Article 1 The Company's Safety Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Safety Management Committee) is the company's safety management organization, working under the leadership of the company's general manager, with the safety director as the secretary-general, responsible for overall convening and exercising decision-making, execution and supervision rights.

Article 4 The company promises to provide a safe working environment for all employees and provide necessary labor protection articles, which employees must use according to regulations. Article 5 All buildings and workplaces of the Company shall be planned, constructed and maintained in accordance with the principle of "four simultaneities", which must conform to industrial and fire safety and fulfill the examination and approval procedures prescribed by law.
Article 6 The company is equipped with necessary fire fighting equipment and facilities according to the requirements of laws and regulations. The company's security team is a voluntary fire brigade, which carries out the fire plan formulated by the company, conducts necessary training and conducts fire drills once every six months. Each department appoints a special person as the department fireman to train and participate in the drill together with the voluntary firemen at the factory level.

Article 11 The Company shall take preventive measures against dangerous goods, major hazard sources and other hidden dangers confirmed by the safety inspection, conduct targeted training and drills, clarify the responsibilities for potential safety hazards, make rectification within a time limit, and follow up the implementation. 5, work form, content and procedures

Chapter VI Fire Fighting and Other Emergency Plans

4, employee food poisoning treatment scheme
