It may be a network problem. When I installed the Rhino software, the installation was not allowed unless the network was disconnected. Then I disconnected the network and installed it (the principle may be that the software itself is being installed. During the process, the server in the network will be contacted to verify whether the message is genuine)
Method: Network Neighborhood--View network connections--Local connection (right-click)--Disable, and then you install Try it.
It may also be a system compatibility issue.
