"Immunization book" refers to the pet health immunization certificate issued by pet cats and dogs after they are vaccinated with relevant vaccines in a pet hospital with a formal business license.
In some cities, pet immunization certificates are usually printed and issued by local animal health supervision departments. However, there are also pet immunization certificates printed by animal clinics or animal vaccine manufacturers. The certificate will generally record the relevant information of the breeder and the pet, as well as the vaccine label of the pet, the stamp of the pet vaccination hospital and the signature of the doctor.
Having an immunization certificate and a complete immunization record means that pets are healthy and can be sold in the market to a great extent. Breeders must also apply for a dog license with proof of immunization. When handling the pet consignment business of airplanes and trains, you must also apply for an "animal quarantine certificate" from the animal health supervision department with the immunization certificate.
