1. Open the nailing software first. After entering the page, we will find and open the mailbox option on the left side of the page, and then select the mailbox management option at the bottom of the page.
2. Click Email Management, move the mouse to the active email account in the pop-up box, and then select account settings in the new option box.
3. After entering the mailbox settings page, you can see the first receiving and sending options. After clicking, you can see the first "Save to Sent Mail" option on the page. After clicking, select "Save All" from the drop-down list.
4. When replying/forwarding, click the message header and select "Use current language" from the drop-down list.
5. Among the following two options about the read receipt, the first option is "The recipient does not need to send the read receipt" and the second option is "Send the receipt when necessary".
6. When replying to the email address, there is no special need to leave it blank, just keep the default address.
7. In the "Reply to all settings" section, click the option box below and select "The original sender is the recipient and the original cc is the cc".
