Information that Party B needs to give to Party A: the construction unit’s corporate qualifications, business license, production safety license, construction organization design plan (including emergency plans, etc.), supervision notice reply form, on-site management personnel The address book and completion data will be compiled and collected and accepted. After passing the inspection, a copy will be submitted to Party A, a technical approval form, an on-site visa form, a high support formwork expert certification plan, and a deep foundation pit containment expert certification plan (safety plan).
3. Submit to Party A monthly, weekly, and ten-day progress plans, progress fund application plans, and monthly supply schedules for materials and equipment.
4. The information that Party A does not need includes: Generally speaking, anything other than the above is not required. (Technical disclosure materials are not required, fines issued by the construction unit to workers are not required, concrete pouring and tamping orders are not required, etc.).
