1. Prepared liquor (printed on the label: GB/T20821)
Prepared liquor is what we often call "alcoholic liquor". This kind of liquor is pure edible alcohol plus water. For blending with flavors, the brewing method is called the "liquid method", which means no solid grain is visible, and "brewing" starts directly from alcohol. It is generally seen in barreled low-end liquor.
2. Blended wine (printed on the label: GB/T20822)
Blended wine is a liquor puree made partly from grain, usually about 30%, plus edible alcohol , blended with water, essence, etc., the brewing method is called "solid-liquid method", the quality is better than the wine brewed by the liquid method, and there are many well-known brands doing it.
3. Grain wine (printed on the label: GB/T10781 and other standard numbers)
The brewing method of grain wine is the "solid state method", and the only ingredients used are sorghum and wheat. It is brewed from various grains such as peas, rice, corn and water and has the best quality and taste.
When buying liquor, you don’t need to buy wine brewed by the liquid method. The blended liquor brewed by the solid-liquid method has the rich taste of solid-state liquor. The purity of liquid-method liquor actually also has some qualities. Not bad. But in general, alcoholic wine and blended wine are not as good as pure grain wine in terms of taste, aroma, and impact on the human body.
Liquor brewed by the solid-state method is the mainstream and has the richest taste. According to different brewing processes, raw materials used and other factors, there are many corresponding standard numbers. I will list these standard numbers in order. Organize them and share them as the following pictures. When buying wine, you only need to use these pictures and compare the standard numbers on the wine bottles to easily know the aroma and brewing process of the wine.
