Article 32 Register of Shareholders of the Company Law

A limited liability company shall prepare a register of shareholders to record the following matters:

(1) Names of shareholders Or name and address;

(2) Amount of capital contribution of shareholders;

(3) Investment certificate number.

Shareholders recorded in the shareholder register may claim to exercise shareholder rights in accordance with the shareholder register. The company shall register the names of shareholders with the company registration authority; if the registration items are changed, the change registration shall be carried out.
