If you edit yourself, you can see that there are fonts (thickness, italics), font size, smoothness, alignment, color and so on in the toolbar above.

If you didn't edit it, you can edit the font that is close to or looks the same as the original, and then look at the font. You can use the straw as the color, and then double-click the color to see the value of R/G/B G/B.
