For the models that have not been produced within two months in the existing BOM of ERP, the engineering department will reconfirm them before they can be produced. Models produced within two months can be directly produced, and more than two manual samples and PCB assembly must be provided before each production. Second production patch plug-in:

The original PCB samples provided by the project must be available before patching the plug-in. Before the patch plug-in, the sample plug-in must be assembled according to PCB. Meanwhile, QC must carefully check the correctness of patches and plug-ins. After the welding is completed, QC will make 2PCSPCB parts and confirm their electrical performance as soon as possible. If any abnormality is found, contact manufacturing engineering department and R&D department as soon as possible. PCB parts will be assembled into finished products, and the aging test will be completed soon.

Third repair welding:

Repair welding should be carried out on the bare board of the insert, and the correctness of the insert should be checked. If there are a large number of solder joints, back welding and virtual welding, it should be reported to the plug-in drawing in time, and the bare board should be tested for repair welding to ensure that every PCB sent to the assembly drawing is OK. The repair welding drawing should record the irregular operations such as the wrong parts and virtual welding of the plug-in drawing.
