Paragraph 3 of Article 46 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License (Order 139) revised and issued by the Ministry of Public Security stipulates:

The examination report of each subject shall be signed by the applicant and the examiner. Unsigned motor vehicle driver's license shall not be issued.

After the exam of subject 3, I need to sign my report card and the examiner's signature. The report will be stored in your driving test file and kept by the vehicle management office after you get your driver's license.
