Contract effect of unauthorized disposition
The validity of a contract without disposition right is: it is valid after ratification by the disposition right holder. After the contract is signed, the contract is valid if it is finally ratified by the person who has the right to dispose of it or if the person who has no right to dispose of it obtains the right to dispose of it; If the disposition right is not obtained after the disposition of the personnel, and the contract is not ratified by the disposition right holder, the contract is invalid. According to Article 171 of the Civil Law, if the actor still acts as an agent without agency, beyond agency or after the agency is terminated, it will not be effective to the principal without ratification by the principal. The counterpart may urge the principal to ratify it within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice. If the trustor fails to declare it, it shall be deemed as refusal to ratify it. Before the act committed by the actor is ratified, the bona fide counterpart has the right to revoke it.
