official party member is generally not suitable for two or more development targets to join the Party at the same time. The immediate family members of the development target cannot be the party introducer.

2. The introducer shall perform his duties. (1) explain the party's program and articles of association to the development target, and explain the conditions, obligations and rights of party member; (2) Seriously understand the motivation, political consciousness, moral quality, work experience and realistic performance of the development object < P >, and truthfully report to the party organization; (3) guide the development object to fill in the "China * * * Production Party < P > Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" and fill in their own opinions carefully; (4) introduce the development object to the branch meeting responsibly

X. Conducting political censorship

consulting relevant archival materials, and looking for relevant units and personnel to understand the situation; (2) When conducting a political review of the development targets among the floating < P > personnel, the opinions of the grassroots party organizations in their domicile and < P > residence should be sought; For students whose household registration is not in the school,

Grass-roots party committees or organizations of county-level party committees (including organizations of party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprise party committees at or above the county level) with the approval authority to develop party member are responsible for organizing development targets to participate in short-term intensive training.

2. Training methods and time. Short-term centralized training, decentralized self-study can not replace

centralized training; Training time is generally not less than three days (or not less than twenty-four hours).
