2. Vehicle inspection

8. New car filing

9. Pay vehicle and vessel use tax
After the new car gets its driving license back, it should pay the vehicle and vessel use tax as soon as possible.

Tax payment time: within one month after obtaining the license.
Tax payment place: local tax authorities in districts and counties or large automobile trading markets.
Tax amount: The annual tax amount for each vehicle is 200 yuan.
