Association members include unit members and individual members. All property management enterprises that have obtained the business license of this Municipality according to law and enterprises and institutions with independent legal personality related to this industry can join the Association as unit members. Individuals who have obtained the qualification certificate of national registered property manager can join the association and become individual members.
Membership procedures
(1) A unit or individual submits a written application for membership to the secretariat of the Association;
(2) The Council of the Association authorizes the secretariat of the Association to fill in the complete information of the unit or individual on the website of the Association after preliminary approval;
(3) upon examination and approval by the secretariat of the association, issue a member's nameplate and certificate.
A unit member must meet the following conditions to join the club:
(1) He has obtained the business license of this Municipality according to law and has the qualification of an independent legal person;
(2) recognize the articles of association and abide by the self-discipline convention and relevant regulations of the association;
(3) voluntarily join the association.

(3) a copy of the organization code certificate (with the official seal of the organization).
individual members must meet the following conditions
(1) obtain the qualification of national registered property manager according to law;
(2) recognize the articles of association and abide by the self-discipline convention;
(3) voluntarily join the association.

(1) Application for membership (personal signature);
(2) a recent bareheaded photo;
(3) a copy of the certificate of national registered property manager;
(4) a copy of the personal identity card or other valid documents.
