Since June 65438+1 October1day, 2006, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions in various places have started to issue the Certificate of Preferential Origin of China-Chile Free Trade Area (Form F), and since that date, the tariff on 589 1 6 products originating in China has been reduced to zero. The certificate of origin of China-Chile Free Trade Zone adopts a special format.

Column 1: indicate the full legal name and address of the exporter (including the country).
Box 2: Indicate the full legal name and address of the manufacturer (including the country). If the certificate contains goods from more than one manufacturer, the names and addresses of other manufacturers (including countries) should be listed. If the exporter or manufacturer wants to keep the information confidential, he can fill in "provide it to the government authorities as required". If the manufacturer and exporter are the same, "same" should be filled in. If you don't know the manufacturer, you can fill in "Unknown".
Box 3: Indicate the full legal name and address of the consignee (including the country).
Box 4: indicate the mode and route of transportation, and indicate the date of departure, the number of means of transport, the port of loading and the port of discharge.
Box 5: The customs of the importing country should briefly explain whether to give preferential treatment according to the agreement in this box.
Box 6: If necessary, this box can indicate the customer's order number, letter of credit number, etc. If the invoice is issued by a non-member operator, the name, address and country of the producer in the country of origin should be filled in this column.
This column cannot be left blank. If there is nothing to fill in, please press "* * *".
Column 7: indicate the project number, but no more than 20.
If there are more than 20 items, the new Form F certificate should be used as the continuation page, and the continuation page should be added from the seventh column.
Box 8: Indicate marks and numbers and serial number on the package.
This column cannot be left blank, and "N/M" should be filled in for the contents without shipping marks.
Box 9: Indicate the quantity and type of packaging, and list the detailed name of each kind of goods so that customs officials can identify them and make them correspond to the name and HS code on the invoice. If the goods are not packed, they should be marked "in bulk". When the product description is finished, add "* * *" or "\" (cut-off character) at the back.
Column 10: indicate the Harmonized System code corresponding to the name of the goods in column 9, which shall be subject to the six-digit code.
Column 1 1: If the goods comply with the rules of origin, the exporter must indicate the standard of origin in column 1 1 of this certificate in the format specified in the table below.
Exporters declare the origin standard of their goods enjoying preferential treatment-fill in the column 1 1.
(1) Completely original-"P"
(2) With imported ingredients, the regional value is ≥ 40%-"RVC".
(3) the standard of origin of specific products-"PSR"
Column 12: this column should indicate the kilograms of gross weight, and other units of measurement that can accurately express the quantity according to the convention, such as volume and number of pieces, can also be used in this column.
Box 13: Invoice number, invoice date and invoice amount should be indicated, and the invoice amount should be filled in FOB.
The invoice value items should correspond to columns 7, 9, 10, 1 1 and 12.
Box 14: This box must be filled in by the exporter with signature, date and seal.
Box 15: This box must be signed, dated and stamped by the visa officer authorized by the visa institution, and the telephone number, fax number and address of the visa institution should be filled in.
