The accident investigation report shall be accompanied by relevant evidential materials. The members of the accident investigation team shall sign the accident investigation report. Corrective and preventive measures, who is responsible for quality accidents, punishment decisions, etc. According to the accident cause analysis and investigation, targeted measures should be put forward.
