Chinese as a subject, the third grade is a turning point, so parents should be psychologically prepared. From the third grade, it is difficult to get over 90 points in Chinese, unlike the Chinese test in grade one or two, where the average score of the whole class is above 90 points. In the third grade, it is not easy to get a score of 95 or above in Chinese, because the best composition is generally deducted by two to three points, and the medium composition is deducted by about five points. In the first and second grades, as long as the sentences are fluent and specific, they will not be deducted. Therefore, in the third grade, it is very good to get 90 points in Chinese.
Under normal circumstances, a unit test will be conducted after the Chinese teaching of a unit. After the test, comments and corrections will be made. Parents should not only look at the scores of the unit papers that their children take home. Sometimes the exam questions are a little more difficult, and everyone may not do well in the exam. As parents, we mainly help to analyze the reasons for losing points, which places are mistakes caused by carelessness, and which places are not studied well at ordinary times, such as reading pinyin and writing words, and filling in the blanks in the text. These are the basic knowledge that students should master. If your child does something wrong in this respect, it shows that his learning attitude is not correct enough. As parents, we should pay attention to it and urge our children to finish their homework and recite the text carefully. In the third grade, it is very difficult to read short passages, because each child's intelligence is different, and this part can best open the students' scores in the class. In fact, when analyzing each text, the teacher permeates methods, such as finding figurative sentences, anthropomorphic sentences, central sentences, reading articles, answering questions and so on. Teachers have taught them all these methods, but in different articles, some children can't do them. This requires not only the patience of teachers, but also the patience of parents. Because at school, every child's time is the same, every class has the content of each class, and there is only a ten-minute break between classes, so you can only make up lessons for your children after school, but it can't be too late, so for such children, as parents, you can only make up lessons for them at home.
No matter which exercise, we will send the test papers to parents, but some children will show them to their parents if they do well in the exam. If they don't do well in the exam, they will say that we failed. If this happens, please contact the teacher in time. If you have seen the test paper, sign it, so that the teacher can know which child has been seen by the parents. Especially in senior grades, some children will imitate their parents' signatures, so if they have taught two units in the future and haven't practiced yet, they should get in touch with the teacher. Of course, there may be special circumstances, and the practice will be postponed, but under normal circumstances, there will be no situation in which three units are taught and the first unit is not practiced.

(1) Homework problem: Copying, dictating and reciting texts seemingly mechanically every day is an important way for children to accumulate language. Some parents may say that the words in these lessons have been copied a few days ago, so why copy them? In fact, it is easy for students to forget what they have learned and need to be consolidated. Therefore, I hope parents can understand and support and urge their children to finish their homework on time and seriously at home. Here I want to explain to you: every child's situation is different. Fast-moving children will finish their homework quickly and seriously, with better quality. They think there is too little homework. But some children write while playing, and their attention is not concentrated. Of course, it will take a long time. They feel that the homework burden is heavy, which makes parents mistakenly think that there is too much homework.
(2) If you have finished your homework, you can let your children read more extracurricular books. Our school stipulates that every child has half an hour to read extracurricular books at noon. You can remind your child to put an extracurricular book in his bag and change it after reading it. Don't put too many extracurricular books in his schoolbag. Last semester, a child in our class brought more than a dozen extra-curricular books, not only to focus on, but also to help him find one if the teacher lost it. Now every grade is required to read extracurricular books, which can be bought in bookstores. You can transfer it with your neighbor's children or borrow it. Pay attention to remind children not to bring those cartoons. As for what books to buy in grade three, I'll tell you when the guidance office makes unified arrangements.
(3) About reciting the text: Try to let the children recite the text by themselves. Parents should do a good job of supervision and let the children accumulate more good words and sentences, so that writing will not be speechless; In addition, when parents sign, please sign truthfully to cooperate with our teaching work and master the real learning situation of children. In addition to parents supervising their children's endorsement, I usually do it whenever I have time. If your child can't recite it, I will send you a letter from the school.
Finally, I want to say that children should not watch more TV, especially not play more games. A few days after the third grade started, many parents told me that they wanted me to move their children's seats to the front. I also understand parents, because you don't want your children to wear glasses too early, but if you are really nearsighted, you can't see clearly even if you sit in the first place. And basically assign seats to children according to their height. It is impossible for all tall children to sit in the front and all short children to sit in the back. If I do this, many parents will definitely come to me to report that their children are sheltered by the classmates in front of them in class. Besides, the teacher's seat arrangement should consider many aspects, not only according to the height, but also divided into boys and girls, good and poor grades, naughty and quiet seats, not only at the same table, but also around students, so please forgive me here. As a class teacher, I should consider the situation of the whole class, and I can't just transfer seats to my children. There are more and more cases of myopia in children now. They really can't see clearly in class, so they can only wear glasses. But remind children not to wear them at ordinary times. Because the child is still young, it may be pseudomyopia, so we should only look at the words on the blackboard. Otherwise, the glasses will get deeper and deeper. Basically, I change a pair of glasses every year.

Second, about behavior habits.
As the saying goes, "example is more important than words." At school, our teachers are always educating and influencing children in various ways. Children's habits at school are obviously better than at home, which is why sometimes parents are confused that their children's performance at home is far worse than that at school. In fact, when parents think about it carefully, the answer is not difficult to find. Even our parents' behavior habits at home may affect their children, and some habits have a deeper impact. Third, about extracurricular reading.
The Chinese course noticed that by the end of the second grade, the children's reading volume was 50 thousand words. The amount of extracurricular reading in grades 3 to 4 should reach 400,000 words. At present, our children's reading is far from enough, so since the beginning of school, I have given them fixed homework, read extracurricular books and read for half an hour every day. Children should keep reading every day. You should at least read me an essay. This kind of reading must be read aloud. The feeling of watching it once is definitely different from that of watching it three times. It is very important to understand a word, a sentence, a situation and a story after reading at least one article. Our parents think about it. Have your children read extracurricular books at home? When did you watch it? What book are you reading? How long do you read? What do you know after reading it? If you can answer these questions about children's reading, it shows that you care about children, and children with such parents are really happy! If you have time, if you also like reading, I suggest you read and share with your children. Of course, this is based on your time. This is also a way to improve children's reading interest. Because her parents read the same books as themselves, they will find it very interesting and will stimulate their desire to read more. Finally, I want to say:
