You can use WeChat to scan the QR code to pick up the package. The steps are as follows:

1. Open WeChat on your phone and click Search in the upper right corner of the message interface.

2. Enter Fengchao Smart Cabinet, click Search, and select the searched Fengchao Smart Cabinet official account.

3. Click to follow the official account.

4. Enter the mobile phone number filled in on the express delivery and bind the mobile phone number.

5. In the Fengchao Express Cabinet, click on Pick Up Express at the top.

6. On the Fengchao express cabinet pick-up interface, you can choose to scan the WeChat code to pick up the package.

7. After successfully scanning the code on WeChat, the express cabinet will automatically open the storage cabinet. Just close the cabinet door after taking out the express.
