Special research report format sample?

Special research refers to a certain teaching issue, so do you know how to format a special research report? The following is for everyone, for reference only.

1:

1. Cover

2. Table of contents

The table of contents consists of chapters, sections, subsections and references of the special research report. Composed of serial numbers, names and page numbers of documents, appendices, etc. Contents of the table of contents should be concise and to the point.

The word "Table of Contents" is printed in Song font number 3, bolded, with one line above it, two lines below it, the first chapter, etc.

Chapters, references, and appendices are all in size 4 Song font, bolded, and subtitles such as sections and subsections and all page numbers are in size 5 Song font.

An example of the arrangement of chapters, sections, and subsections is as follows:

Chapter 1 Here is the name of Chapter 1? 1 §1-1 Here is the name of Chapter 1, Section 1 ? 1 1-1-1 Here is the name of the first section of the first section of Chapter 1? 1

3. Symbol explanation

The symbols used in the special research report*** include Abbreviations and other abbreviations should state their meaning, unit or dimension. At the beginning of this page, use size 4 Song font, bold, and center the words "Symbol Description" to print. Each symbol description occupies 1 to 2 lines, and the symbol is followed by a dash. Use a comma between the meaning and the unit, and a period at the end. Arrange 1 to 2 columns on each page. If the 2 columns cannot be arranged, take another page.

IV. Text

The text is the core part of the special research report, accounting for the main length, and generally consists of five parts: title, column position, figures, tables and formulas. Seek truth from facts, be accurate and complete, logical, clear-cut, concise and readable. The writing format of the text is as follows.

1. Title

The title of each chapter is printed in size 3 Song font, bolded, and centered; Print in black and centered; the empty line under "section" is "section", use small 4-size Song font, blacken, and print from left to right. After the line break, use the small 4-size Song font to print the text column.

2. Figures

Figure titles are in Chinese and English, with Chinese at the top and English at the bottom. The Chinese font is size 5 Kaili type, the English font is size 5 Times New Roman, and the first letter of the first English word is capitalized. Figure titles are printed immediately below the figure

One line from the left. Labels in the figures are always in English. Cited figures should have the reference number in square brackets in the upper right corner of the figure title.

Figure numbers are numbered in chapter order. For example, Figure 3.2*** in English is Fig. 3.2***, which is the second figure in Chapter 3. If the figure contains several different parts, the sub-figure number *** such as "Figure 3.2.1" indicating the first sub-figure of Figure 3.2 *** should be centered on the line below the sub-figure and listed under the figure title. The content of each part is ***not written in English***.

Drawings must be neat, clear and standardized. Among them, the mechanical parts drawing shall comply with the requirements of mechanical drawing specifications; the schematic diagram shall clearly reflect the content of the diagram; for photos, if necessary, an enlargement ruler shall be provided in the lower right corner; the test result curve shall be made into a block diagram.

The picture should be placed at the beginning or end of a page as much as possible, and there should be the words "Figure x.x" in the text column before the picture.

3. Tables

Tables are generally arranged so that the content and test projects are read horizontally from left to right, and the data is aligned vertically according to content or projects. In the table, only horizontal lines of the same length and moderate thickness are used ***centered***; vertical lines are prohibited.

Tables are numbered in chapter order, for example, Table 5.4 is the fourth table in Chapter 5. Leave a space after the number, print a short and precise title of the table in the center, and place it above the table. Print the English table title in the center between the Chinese table title and the table, such as "Table 5.4 xxxxxxxx". Chinese and English titles are in size 5 regular script and Times New Roman respectively.

The abbreviations and symbols in the table must be consistent with those in the text column. The units of each symbol should be indicated wherever possible. It is not appropriate to use "same as above", "same as left" and other similar words in the table. Always fill in numbers or words. Blank spaces in the table represent no such content.

If the data has been drawn into a curve chart, etc., it can no longer be listed.

The table should be placed at the beginning or end of a page as much as possible, and the words "such as table x.x" should be placed in the text column before the table.

4. Mathematics, physics and chemical formulas

Mathematics, physics and chemical formulas are printed in separate lines in the text. The serial number of the formula is arranged according to the order of chapters. For example, ***4.2*** means the second formula of Chapter 4 and is marked on the line where the formula is located. ***When there is a continuation line, it should be marked on the last line***. far right.

Longer styles should be arranged in the middle and horizontally. If an expression must be changed, it can only be changed at +, -, ×, ÷, <, >. The upper and lower expressions should be aligned at the equal sign "=" as much as possible.

5. References

Number the references consecutively in square brackets with *** numbers in the text in the order in which they appear. At the same time, the references listed should be in the text. appears in.

Depending on the specific circumstances, use the reference serial number as a superscript or as an integral part of the text column. For example, "Someone [1, 3, 7-9] has done research on this, and the mathematical model can be found in the literature [1, 5, 9-12]".

Each item in the reference should be complete. If there are no more than three authors in the document, all are listed; if there are more than three, only the first three are listed, followed by the word "et al" or "et al"; the names of the authors are separated by commas, followed by the word "et al" or "et al" et al"; Chinese and foreign names should be written with the surname first and the given name last. When recording, special attention should be paid to the writing of names of people from various countries. For example, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Brazilian people have prefixes or articles before their surnames. The name can be abbreviated with the first letter ***capital***, but without the dot "."

The layout of the first page of the reference is to first have a blank line, use size 3 Song font, print the four words "Reference" in black and centered, and then blank a line, use size 5 Song font, starting from the left, hanging indentation , print the references in sequence.
