Documents to be submitted

Domestic enterprises apply for trademarks:

1. Copy of business license (company); Official seal of the company;

2. Provide the trademark name and trademark pattern to be registered;

3. List the goods and categories, and refer to the classification table of goods and services;

3. Power of attorney stamped with the official seal of the enterprise (obtained from the agency).

Domestic individuals apply for trademarks.

1. Copy of business license of individual industrial and commercial households;

2. A copy of the applicant's ID card

3. Provide the trademark name and trademark pattern to be registered;

4. List the goods and categories, and refer to the classification table of goods and services;

5. Power of attorney signed by the applicant (obtained from the agency).

Second, the registration time:

The Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice within 20 working days after submitting the materials 15. Trademarks can be used TM, and the trademark registration certificate will take 1 year and a half -2 years to come down. During the period, there will be a special person to check and track the progress of the trademark every week, and report the trademark status to the company every two months to ensure the normal progress of the trademark until the trademark registration is completed.

Third, matters needing attention:

Trademarks can be divided into three elements (words, graphics and English): word mark, graphic trademarks, English trademarks and combined trademarks.

As a trademark application, as shown in the figure, it is called a combined trademark. The advantage is that it can save registration fees for registered enterprises; Disadvantages: First, combined registration will increase the risk of trademarks. If one of the three elements is similar to other elements, it will be rejected as a whole; Second, the combined trademark can only be used as a whole, and the words or graphics in English cannot be used alone.

Disadvantages of separate registration: it needs to be registered in three trademarks, and the registered enterprise needs to spend three trademarks; Advantages: First, the registration risk is relatively small, and the three elements do not affect each other. Second, after registration, it can be used in combination at will or independently, which is more flexible.

Four. Registration fee:

1.800 yuan/piece, of which: trademark office fee 1.000 yuan/piece, registered company service fee 800 yuan/piece, graphic trademarks need additional inquiry fee 200 yuan/piece, and word mark makes inquiries free of charge. For goods/services exceeding 10 (excluding 10), a fee of 100 yuan will be charged for each item exceeding 100.
