1。 Computer settings
After MP3 is inserted, some information that the computer is trying to connect this USB device will pop up in the lower right corner, and sometimes a dialog box will pop up for users to choose. Some users clicked No without seeing it clearly, or some functions of USB were banned because of some initial setup problems of the computer.
Solution: Right-click my computer and select Properties-Hardware-Drive Signature. Select Ignore here, and then click OK. Then plug in MP3. If you still can't connect, right-click My Computer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager to find the USB controller, right-click and scan for hardware changes.
2。 Driver problem
MP3 discs are often equipped with "98 drivers" and "upgrade tools". In systems above 2000, although MP3 can be installed without connection in theory, it can often make the connection smoother after installation. So try to install these tools. If there is no "98 driver", install the "upgrade tool" (some MP3 drivers are integrated in the upgrade tool).
3。 The voltage problem of MP3 itself.
Because the current trend of MP3 is to do everything possible to reduce costs, the company constantly adopts new schemes, new controllers and new FLASH chips, which does not mean that these new things will cut corners. The problem is that these new things often need to be debugged for a long time to do their best, and the market situation can only allow MP3 factory testing to be put into production on one interface of a computer, so disconnection and disk dropping often occur.
In this case, users need to try several times, plug in different USB ports, and match a good quality USB cable separately (generally, the thicker the better, the copper is better than the iron), and then ensure the normal power supply of MP3 (try again with a charger).
4。 Disconnect after long-term non-use.
Some MP3 players can't be online or even charged after long-term non-use. The main reason is that MP3 is not turned off, which leads to over-discharge, and the starting voltage cannot be reached.
The solution is to repeatedly plug in the USB interface and turn on/off the power switch (on/off key, if not, press the play key repeatedly). For example, after plugging in the USB interface, turn it off/off for 2 minutes, turn it on/off for 2 minutes, unplug it and plug it in for 2 minutes. The purpose of this is to make MP3 charge a small amount of electricity to reach the starting voltage.
5。 If these methods still can't solve the problem, it is almost certain that there is something wrong with MP3 itself. At this time, it should be repaired or returned in time to avoid missing the warranty period. It is strongly opposed to users disassembling the machine by themselves. There are more kinds of MP3 than mobile phones, and they often need to be upgraded by the original factory. So most people can't enjoy free services. Customers are also not advised to upgrade MP3 by themselves.
