2. Agreement on project price and settlement

3. Agreement on the supply of materials

Party A is responsible for purchasing and supplying materials and equipment for this project, which should be qualified products that meet the design requirements and should be delivered to the site on time. Party B should go through the acceptance procedures. If there are quality problems or specification differences in the materials and equipment supplied by Party A, Party B shall promptly submit a written request to Party A. Party A still expresses its intention to use the materials and equipment. Party A shall be responsible for any resulting project losses. After the materials supplied by Party A arrive at the site and are accepted by Party B, Party B will be responsible for keeping them. Party B can charge storage fees for the materials provided by Party A. The rate will be agreed upon by both parties. Party B will be responsible for compensation for any losses caused by improper storage.

2. The decorative materials and equipment purchased by Party B from Party A shall be used for residential decoration as stipulated in this contract and shall not be used for other purposes without the consent of Party A. If Party B violates this provision, Party A shall be compensated double the price of the misappropriated materials and equipment.

3. If the materials and equipment supplied by Party B do not meet the quality requirements or have different specifications, they shall be prohibited from use. IV. Agreement on project quality and acceptance

This project implements DBJ08-62-97 "Technical Regulations for Residential Building Decoration Engineering" and DB31/T30-1999 "Residential Decoration Decoration Acceptance Standards" and other local standards and quality assessment acceptance standards formulated by the municipal construction administrative department.

If the quality of materials and equipment provided by Party A is unqualified and affects the quality of the project, Party A will bear the rework costs and the construction period will be postponed. If a quality accident is caused by Party B, the cost of rework will be borne by Party B, and the construction period will remain unchanged.

4. During the construction process, Party A must contact Party B in advance when proposing design modifications or adding or subtracting project items. Only after both parties agree can the construction of the project be carried out. This will affect the completion date. Party A and Party B agree.

5. Project Acceptance Party A and B shall handle the inspection and acceptance procedures for concealed projects and intermediate projects in a timely manner. If Party A cannot participate in the acceptance inspection on the scheduled date, Party B will organize personnel to conduct acceptance inspection, and Party A shall acknowledge it. Afterwards, if Party A requires re-inspection, Party B shall handle the re-inspection as required. 6. Project completion: Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance three days in advance, and Party A shall organize acceptance within three days of receiving the notice. If Party A is unable to organize acceptance within the specified time, Party B must be notified promptly and another date for acceptance shall be set.

5. Agreements on production safety and fire prevention

The construction drawings or instructions and construction sites provided by Party A should meet the requirements for fire prevention and accident prevention, mainly including electrical lines, gas Pipes, tap water and other pipes are smooth and up to standard.

Party B shall take necessary safety protection and fire-fighting measures during construction to ensure the safety of workers and adjacent residents, and to prevent pipe blockage, water leakage, power outages, damage to items and other accidents in adjacent residents' houses. If the above situation occurs, it is Party A's responsibility, and Party A is responsible for and compensation; if it is Party B's responsibility, Party B is responsible for repairs and compensation.

VI. Other matters

1. Party A should provide Party B with construction drawings approved by the property management department before starting construction, and make on-site disclosures to Party B. And provide Party B with necessary conditions such as water and electricity required for construction, and explain the precautions for use. Do a good job in coordinating the temporary use of public parts during construction and the creation of neighbor relations.

2. Party B shall participate in the on-site presentation of construction drawings or practice instructions organized by Party A. Organize construction as required, ensure quality and quantity, complete construction tasks on schedule, resolve various matters for which Party B is responsible, and Party B shall recognize its behavior. Without the consent of Party A and the approval of the local housing management or property management department, the original building load-bearing structure and various special equipment and pipelines may not be dismantled or modified at will.

VII. Liability for breach of contract

1. If the start of construction is delayed or stopped midway due to Party A’s reasons, Party A shall compensate Party B for the losses caused by the work stoppage or delay. For each day of work stoppage, Party A pays Party B _______ yuan; if Party A fails to pay as stipulated in the contract, Party A shall pay _______ yuan in liquidated damages for each overdue day.
