(VI) Party B shall set up the main functional personnel of the project department according to the requirements of the competent government department. According to the overall work needs of the company, Party A may transfer Party B's technical director, budget officer, sample inspector and other post personnel at any time.

Two. After the completion of this project, Party A will assess, reward and punish Party B's above contracted indicators according to the detailed implementation rules.

Three. Party A's service management, inspection and supervision responsibilities to Party B. ..

(1) According to Party A's demand plan for funds, materials, machinery, tools and appliances approved by Party B, Party A guarantees to supply all kinds of resources needed by Party B in time. ..

(2) Actively develop engineering business, ensure the source of Party B's construction tasks, and ensure that Party B's construction activities can be carried out continuously and rhythmically.

(III) Guide and assist Party B to optimize the construction scheme, reform the construction technology, improve the quality assurance system, implement the post responsibility, implement the safety production responsibility system and various management systems of the project department, and promote the normal operation of project management.

(4) Regularly conduct process inspection, supervision and regulation on Party B's management objectives such as project cost, construction progress, project quality, safe production, civilized construction and comprehensive management, and assist Party B to ensure the smooth completion of all major management objectives.

(V) Regularly inspect, assess and evaluate the job responsibilities and performance of Party B's management personnel, and timely feedback the assessment results.

(VI) Assess Party B's completion of management objectives at the end of the year or after the completion of the project in a timely manner, and reward and punish Party B's assessment results according to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Economic Responsibility System for Target Management.

Fourth, other terms.

(1) According to the needs of the overall development plan, Party A needs to mobilize Party B's relevant management personnel, machinery, equipment and materials when necessary, and Party B shall understand and cooperate.

(II) In order to ensure the rest rights of Party B's management personnel and the actual situation of project construction, Party A decides that Party B's management personnel can rest for two days every month, and Party B's project manager will arrange flexibly according to the priority of the project construction progress, and the salary of management personnel will still be implemented according to the original regulations during holidays.

(3) If the expenses of all the reusable materials used by Party B on site cannot be determined according to the detailed rules for implementation, Party A shall separately prepare the calculation methods for lease, distribution, discount, recovery and scrapping.

(IV) In the process of target management, Party B shall submit the following materials to Party A in the corresponding time period:

(1) Project commencement stage: declaration form of initial quota plan for funds, labor, machinery, materials, tools and appliances required for project construction; General situation of management personnel of the project department, project commencement report, complete set of construction drawings, labor contracts of divisional projects, etc.

(2) Construction stage: weekly capital demand schedule, next week's machinery, materials and equipment mobilization schedule, monthly general labor expense declaration form, contractor's pre-knot labor expense declaration form, steel bar construction ingredient list, template layout, block masonry or block paving arrangement diagram, design modification change form, expense limit adjustment form, monthly cost control comparison table, monthly labor expense prepayment scheme, construction labor surplus and deficiency adjustment form, monthly completed construction output value report, etc.

Party B's project department is responsible for issuing project payment invoices to the owner. If Party B's project department requires Party A to issue an invoice for the project payment, Party B's project department shall pay corresponding taxes and fees to Party A separately.

8. During the contract period, Party B's project department will implement integrated contract construction, including quality, construction period, safety, material procurement, personnel and construction organization. During the construction period, Party B's project department must consciously safeguard the owner's corporate reputation, carry out the construction in strict accordance with the current national construction technical specifications, acceptance standards and construction drawings, and ensure that the project passes the owner's acceptance, safe construction, civilized construction and timely completion. In case of cutting corners or other quality and safety accidents or overdue delivery, all economic losses caused by the above problems and all responsibilities of the employer shall be borne by Party B's project department, and if criminal responsibility is required, it shall also be borne by Party B's project department.

9. Party A has the right to conduct comprehensive management and guidance on the project under construction and the construction site, and Party B's project department must unconditionally accept the management of the employer. If it is found that there are violations of quality and safety operation procedures or hidden dangers of quality and safety, Party A has the right to order it to stop work and make rectification. Those who disobey the management and violate the rules for many times are deemed to have intentionally damaged the reputation of the employer. Party A has the right to change the construction team unconditionally, and Party B's project department shall have no objection.

X in any of the following circumstances, party a has the right to terminate this contract.

1. Party B does not obey the management of Party A;
