Maintenance interface division: all equipment in the computer room belongs to the maintenance scope. The main body of the tower is maintained by the tower maintenance company, and the daily inspection and grounding resistance test of the tower are completed by the base station maintenance company.
Second, the maintenance requirements
(1) Environmental sanitation of computer room
1. Clean the base station and clean the dust on the ground and equipment. It is required that the ground and windowsill must be wiped with wet cloth. Cleaning equipment must be equipped with anti-static protective sleeve. The feeder, sealing port and jumper on the wire rack are all dead ends, and you can't miss them every time you clean them. Pay attention to protect the equipment to avoid damaging it.
2. After each cleaning and inspection, the personnel present should sign the record book and record the work done.
3, according to the need to clean up the indoor engineering surplus and sundry and outdoor weeds and sundry.
(2) base station security
1. Check whether the walls, feeder holes, doors and windows of the computer room are leaking or seeping, and whether there are cracks in the walls, roofs and floors of the base station. Once found, it should be handled properly in time and notified to the maintenance supervisor of the affiliated branch.
2. Ensure that indoor lighting and power sockets are normal, and lamps and sockets are not damaged.
3. Check all kinds of cables for damage and aging.
4. Check the placement and expiration of fire-fighting equipment and fire extinguishers. The expired fire-fighting equipment shall be promptly notified to the subordinate units for replacement to eliminate hidden dangers.
5. Check whether the doors, windows and locks are normal, and whether the wiring holes and air conditioning holes are sealed. If there is any damage, it should be solved in time to prevent fire, theft and rats, so as to ensure the safety of the computer room.
6. Check whether the anti-theft system of the base station works normally.
7, the ladder, lightning rod, tower, gravity support, feeder grid, antenna support and other base station equipment for safety inspection, tower screws, steel parts, grounding is in good condition, whether the tower body is corroded, timely repair (such as fastening bolts) and rust prevention treatment.
8, check whether the room temperature and humidity are normal, if not, immediately find out the reason and deal with it.
9. In case of thunderstorm and other special weather conditions, the above inspection shall be carried out in time.
10. Check whether cables and equipment related to the base station are stolen. If the base station is found stolen, report it to the mobile company immediately, and call 1 10 to call the police. Cooperate with the public security department to provide reporting materials and report to the relevant departments of the mobile company, and file the materials.

(3) Power environment monitoring and base station anti-theft system

(4) Base station property management
1. Responsible for the management of fixed assets of base stations: responsible for pasting the labels of newly added assets, checking whether the names on the asset labels are consistent with the physical assets, checking whether the physical assets (labels, specifications and locations) of each base station are consistent with the inventory of base station assets (label numbers, specifications and locations), registering the changes of assets every month, summarizing and reporting them to the mobile company, and updating the corresponding labels in time.
2. Record the ammeter degree of the base station once a month and report it to the mobile company in electronic form. In accordance with the relevant agreements signed by the mobile company, be responsible for paying the electricity fee to the power supply department or the owner in time, establishing relevant accounts and reporting to the mobile company on time every month.
3. Be responsible for coordinating with computer room owners and relevant government management departments.
(5) Other parts
1, check whether the working ground wire and lightning protection ground wire are in good contact, and test the grounding resistance once a year before the thunderstorm season.
2. Check the appearance of the antenna feeder every month to see if it is damaged or displaced (blown over by the wind, blown down, etc.). ), whether the support bar or cross bar is firm, broken or bent. If found, it should be corrected in time.
3. Check the direction and inclination of the antenna, make records and compare with the last check. Whether the surrounding environment has changed, whether there are big obstacles, etc. Check antenna shielding, antenna azimuth and inclination.
4. Antenna and antenna replacement are classified as sporadic project management.
5. Whether the labels of various cables in the computer room are correct and whether they fall off.
6. Test the VSWR of the antenna feed once every six months, mainly measuring the standing wave ratio and isolation with testing instruments. The original data should be properly kept.
7. Establish inspection files. After monthly inspection and maintenance, all personnel present should sign the corresponding forms.
8. Cooperate with the protection and publicity of communication facilities.
9. All base stations must be inspected once a month and VIP stations must be inspected twice a month.
Second, the air conditioning system
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
Scope: Base station air conditioner indoor and outdoor units, anti-theft net.
Contents: Air-conditioning self-starting inspection, equipment cleaning and air-conditioning operation inspection.
Maintenance interface division: Air-conditioning maintenance company is responsible for air-conditioning fault maintenance (maintenance costs are included in air-conditioning single maintenance costs), and base station maintenance company is responsible for daily air-conditioning maintenance (daily inspection and cleaning).
Second, the maintenance requirements
1. Inspection contents: refrigeration effect of air conditioner, voltage, current load, drainage, dripping, fluorine leakage, whether the fan is running, grounding, etc.
2. Check the function of the self-starting device, the switching between the main machine and the standby machine, and clean the indoor machine (including filter) and outdoor machine of each air conditioner, as well as the switching between the main machine and the standby machine.
3. Conduct comprehensive maintenance of air conditioning equipment, and the equipment integrity rate is 100%.
4. The room temperature is too high due to the air conditioning failure of the base station, and the processing time is 12 hours.

Third, the power system
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
Business scope: base station AC system, DC system equipment, storage battery, grounding system, etc.
Maintenance interface division: the AC system of the base station must be maintained to the terminal where the base station provides AC access for the owner or power supply department.
Second, the maintenance requirements
(a) switching power supply system and uninterruptible power supply
1, record the brand, model, standard floating charge voltage and current of switching power supply.
2. Record the number of racks, rectifier modules, total capacity, etc.
3. Check whether the alarm indicator light and instrument display are normal.
4, check the switch, contactor terminal contact are in good condition.
5. Measure the DC output voltage and check the displayed value.
6. Check whether the charging and discharging circuit is normal.

8. Check whether the grounding of lightning protection equipment and lightning protection module is normal.

(2) AC distribution maintenance
1, record the brand and capacity of AC distribution box.
2. Check whether the AC distribution box, cable connection and air switch are in good condition and whether there are potential safety hazards (bare metal).
3. Check whether the indicator light and alarm signal are normal.
4. Check whether the surrounding environment of AC incoming line is normal, and pay attention to whether there is construction or excavation on the ground of power supply cable.
5. Check whether the contacts, air switch, fuse and knife of AC power supply circuit are overheated (measured by infrared thermometer).
6. Measure the AC voltage and current (three-phase or single-phase) and compare with the instructions of the self-installed instrument on the equipment. Pay attention to the comparison with previous test results.
7. Measure the neutral current of three-phase alternating current.
8. Measure AC voltage, AC voltage between neutral wire and grounding wire. If it is found that the voltage between the neutral line and the ground wire is higher than that of the 5V base station, personnel shall be organized to carry out rectification. (The related expenses shall be paid by the mobile company according to the actual situation).
9, check whether the lightning arrester is in good condition.
(3) transformer maintenance
1. Record the brand, model and capacity of the transformer.
2. Check the transformer room for water leakage, water resistance and small animal holes.
3, check the contactor, knife, load switch is normal.
4. Check whether the power compensation screen works normally.
5. Whether the joint is oxidized and the screw is loose.
6, check the lightning arrester and grounding lead.
7, check the transformer oil level.
8. Check the insulation of transformer and power cable.
Note: The maintenance of the transformer needs to be carried out by the power department, with the cooperation of David Company.
(4) AC voltage regulator
1. Record the brand, model and capacity of AC voltage regulator.
2. Regularly clean all components of AC voltage regulator, especially carbon brush, sliding guide rail and variable speed transmission part.
3. The mechanical transmission part and the motor reducer should be lubricated regularly.
4. Check whether the chain tightness is normal.
5. Check whether the automatic bypass performance of AC voltage regulator is normal.
6, check all kinds of protection performance.
7. Check whether the output voltage is normal.
8. Check whether the temperature of the electrical equipment in the AC voltage regulator is normal (infrared point thermometer).
(5) Battery
1, record the brand and model of the battery.

6. Check whether the temperature of the battery case is too high (measured by infrared pyrometer).

(6) Oil machine equipment maintenance

Four, the base station main equipment maintenance
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
Scope: main base station, microcell, edge station (at least once a month, VIP base station twice a month).
Second, the maintenance requirements
1, whether the equipment runs normally, whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, and whether the equipment has an alarm.
2. Check, clean or replace the filter and fan of the base station (the replacement cost shall be borne by the mobile company).
3. During each inspection, you must use the GSM mobile phone of the mobile company to dial the local phone and mobile phone at least once in each cell where the base station is located (using the signal of the cell) to confirm the normal operation of the base station, and the duration of each call should exceed 1 minute.
4. Be responsible for judging and handling the faults of the base station, report the faults that cannot be handled to the relevant departments of the mobile company for technical support in time, and arrange the technical backbone to cooperate with the fault handling.
5. Parts damaged during maintenance should be sent to the branch within 3 working days, so as to be repaired in time. At the same time, fill in the repair list and keep the repair records.
6. Cooperate with various cutover tests.
7, in bad weather (hail, thunderstorm, strong wind, etc. ), strengthen the inspection of VIP base stations and other important base stations.
8. For MOTO equipment, the main equipment of each base station must be adjusted once a year, and relevant parameters and indicators should be recorded. The adjustment of the above situation shall be handled by David Company and Mobile Company through negotiation.
Five, the base station fault handling, emergency repair
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
If the base station and other supporting equipment in the base station alarm or are blocked, the mobile monitoring center will send a bill to David Company in the form of a work order for troubleshooting or emergency maintenance.
Second, the maintenance requirements
1. The maintenance agent should have a 24-hour fixed contact person. After receiving the obstacle report, you should rush to the site for treatment within T+0.3 hours in the urban area, T+0.6 hours in the suburban area and t+ 1 hour in the mountainous area (t is the travel time). When water leakage or seepage is found or received from the computer room, it should be repaired immediately, and emergency measures should be taken first in rainy season to ensure that the equipment is not affected; For the obstacles belonging to the anti-theft and fire safety of the base station, you should respond immediately after receiving the notice, deal with the emergency failure and notify the relevant personnel. Before the obstacles are handled, you should keep someone on duty in the computer room until the obstacles are handled.
2. Real-time scheduling of faults every day. After arriving at the fault station, make a telephone confirmation, and after troubleshooting, make a telephone report. The whole process shall not exceed the time limit set by the mobile company. In case of special circumstances, call the mobile maintenance administrator in advance to extend the processing time limit and provide a written report the next day.
3. Make records of obstacle handling, including obstacle phenomenon, obstacle type, obstacle start time, obstacle repair time, obstacle duration, obstacle cause analysis and obstacle handling. Submit relevant obstacle handling reports, checklists and maintenance contents to the branch every month, and use them as one of the basis for assessment and payment.
4. If the fault station is found on the spot and does not belong to its own maintenance category, it should immediately report to the maintenance administrator of the mobile company and obey the administrator's order whether to deal with it.
5. Arrange the troubleshooting team to be on duty every night, and start the emergency troubleshooting within 10 minutes.

Seven, the base station transmission system
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
Scope: David Company is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission equipment below base station 155M (including circuits carrying base station transmission services). (Other circuits are responsible for troubleshooting)
Maintenance interface division: introduce the access point from the transmission terminal equipment in the computer room to the nearest outdoor transmission.
Second, the maintenance requirements
1. Before and after the optical cable enters the computer room, it should be laid as short and orderly as possible, and the dispatching cord and pigtail tray in the computer room should be placed neatly.
2. Check whether the transmission equipment works normally.
3. The ODF and DDF frame data of transmission nodes are sorted and verified, the pigtail label is checked, and the incoming optical cables are listed for inspection.
4. Check whether the transmission equipment is firmly placed and keep the equipment clean and free from rust.
5, check the equipment grounding. The grounding wire is connected correctly and well. If non-compliance or no grounding wire connection is found, the reasons should be found out and corrected.
6. Wiring system inspection.
7. Check and clean the condition of the equipment fan, and clean the flange head of the transmission equipment.
8. Check the microwave equipment regularly every month to ensure that there are no wrong codes, the reception level is normal, the outdoor microwave unit is firmly fixed, and the feeder connector is not rusted.
Viii. CQT test
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
CQT test is to select multiple test points in the city and make a certain number of calls at each point. Through the call connection and the evaluation of call quality by testers, the running quality and existing problems of the network are analyzed. The CQT test of GSM network should cover GSM900 system and GSM 1800 system.
Second, the maintenance requirements
1. Urban fixed-point test: the test is conducted once a month. The test sites are selected according to the monthly traffic statistics and hot spots reflected by users, aiming at GSM900 and GSM 1800 respectively. The important party, government, military, financial, transportation, shopping malls and tourist sites in urban areas are tested by fixed-point CQT, and at least 60% of the test points are guaranteed indoors. Fixed-point dialing test is carried out at each physical point selected by GSM900 and GSM 1800 systems respectively. The number of test points is 15% of the total number of Hong Jizhan managed by the local network, and the location is determined by the mobile company.
2. Base station patrol test: After all base stations and edge stations are inspected, dial-up test will be conducted once a month. This test requires a certain number of tests on all cells of the directional station.
3. Call times and requirements: At least 10 call test shall be conducted at each test point, and the normal call duration shall be ≥45 seconds, including 5 calls and calls, all of which are mutual dialing tests between mobile phones. During the call, the calling party and the called party should carefully evaluate and record the call quality. Statistical results can be divided into two categories: successful calls and unsuccessful calls. In the statistics of successful call, it can be divided into good call quality, background noise affecting the call, dropped call, crosstalk, unilateral call and loud echo.
4. Examination time selection requirements: In principle, the examination time will be arranged from Monday to Friday morning 10: 00 to afternoon 12: 00, afternoon 16: 00 to afternoon 18: 00. All localities can make appropriate adjustments according to the actual busy hours of the selected community. If the selected time is different from the above time, the traffic curve of the community for one day should be attached to the report.
5. Sort and classify the call test result records, and generate the CQT test statistical report for analysis and call.
Nine, repeater, indoor coverage system
Repeater and indoor coverage system equipment shall be maintained by professional maintenance units organized by branches according to actual conditions.
I. Scope and Content of Maintenance
The maintenance unit is responsible for the daily inspection, CQT dial test, complaint handling, fault pretreatment and fault maintenance of repeater and indoor coverage system equipment.
Second, the maintenance requirements
1, repeater, indoor power distribution operation inspection, power supply, equipment integrity inspection, wiring and connector integrity inspection.
2. Test the signal strength of repeater and indoor distribution every month, fill in the CQT test form, and cooperate with various cutover tests.
3. Handle user complaints on site in areas with existing repeaters and indoor coverage.
4. To deal with the faults of repeater and indoor coverage, the maintenance unit must ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment.
