The difference between a grid inspector and a grid member is that they have different functions and responsibilities.
1. Different functions, grid inspector: digitize residents’ information and serve community residents. Grid member: A person who uses modern urban network management technology to inspect, verify, report, and deal with problems in municipal engineering (public) facilities, city appearance and environment, social management affairs, etc., and collect, analyze, and deal with relevant information.
2. Different responsibilities. Grid inspector: takes full-time responsibility for grid management and is the first person responsible for grid management. Sign, review, and report all types of information collected and checked by the grid coordinator to the information system. Grid administrator: Operate information collection equipment, inspect and discover problems in municipal engineering (public) facilities, city appearance and environment, social management affairs, etc. within the grid, and accept reports from relevant people to grid administrators. There are six types of personnel in the grid: grid administrators, grid assistants, grid supervisors, grid police officers, grid party branch secretaries and grid judicial forces, who are responsible for all aspects of social services and social management within the grid. For this matter, grid members are community grid members who can keep in touch with the masses, understand people's sentiments, and convey information.
