U shield, a customer certificate USBkey issued by ICBC in 2003 and obtained national patent, is an advanced security tool provided by ICBC for online banking.
If you only have a U shield, the bank will give you the right to pay, and you can pay directly within your authority.
If you handle two, one is the operation authority and the other is the authorization U shield. Plug in the U shield, please select [Enterprise Online Banking Login]. After entering the account, select Customer Service-Certificate Management-Certificate Authority Query-Operation Authority, and it will show whether your U shield is "Basic Authority" or "Level I Authorization". The basic authority is to use U shield for operation, and the first-level authorization is to use U shield for authorization. They have different functions. The last operation of the former is "submit instruction", and the latter is "approve instruction".
