Internship agreement

Educational practice is an important part of school education, and every student in school must complete the internship task in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. In order to standardize the management of students' internship, it is hoped that every intern will strictly abide by the internship agreement. The agreement is as follows:
1, establish a correct internship attitude, be strict with yourself, and have the spirit of hard work;
2. During the internship, interns should learn to deal with their classmates, colleagues and bosses, and form the habit of starting from small things;
3. Interns should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the internship enterprise, respect the corporate culture of the internship enterprise, and keep the secrets of the internship enterprise. During the internship, if an intern is returned by the internship company due to violation of discipline or fails to complete the internship task as required, the school will cancel the internship qualification of the intern, and give informed criticism, school discipline and even expulsion. Upon graduation, the school will not arrange employment recommendation;
4. Internship is an important part of school education. Every intern must conscientiously complete the internship task in this enterprise. The internship time is years and the internship assessment period is years. Only students who pass the internship examination can continue their internship in this enterprise. During the internship, interns shall not be absent from work without reason, and offenders shall be criticized, dismissed, disciplined or even expelled according to the seriousness of the case, and the school will no longer recommend employment when they graduate.
5. After consultation between enterprises, the students who have passed the examination in the internship enterprise will be trained as regular employees, and they can stay in the enterprise for employment after the internship and sign labor contracts with the students.
6. Students who sign labor contracts with enterprises will be regarded as having been recommended for employment by the school. If the enterprise agrees to hire, but the student has not signed a labor contract with the enterprise, it is deemed that the student has automatically given up an employment recommendation.
7. Students who sign this agreement will be regarded as satisfied with the internship arranged by the school in this enterprise.
