Solution: uninstall the centralized display driver in the device manager (select centralized display-right click-uninstall the device and delete the driver). After the restart, before the centralized display driver is automatically installed in the system, open the new version of the driver downloaded by official website, and it can be installed normally.

It is invalid to disable the driver signature for this problem.
