The reason is that the original U-Shield certificate conflicts with the new one. Click Internet Options, Content, Certificate, Delete, insert a new U shield, start the client tool, and click Register Certificate.

It's no use running the bank by myself. Changed several browsers. Finally, delete the certificate and re-register the certificate in U Shield's software!
