2. People who come to South Korea from risk areas and return to South Korea are assigned red or yellow codes, and those whose health codes are still abnormal (red or yellow codes) after the control period; Conditions for transcoding: When transcoding, they must provide information provided by the city Certificate of release from centralized (home) isolation issued by the office or community, nucleic acid test negative result report within 48 hours (paper version or electronic version is acceptable), mobile phone (health code, itinerary code), ID card, and personal signature to transfer the code Letter of Commitment.
