The Measures will be implemented on May 1.
Elevator installation in high-rise residential buildings should follow the principle of "voluntary and independent implementation by users, guidance by street offices and ensuring safety", highlight the consistency of owners' opinions, and take no objection as the premise of adding elevators. At the same time, in the process of implementation, the applicant should organize relevant owners to reach a consensus and sign a renovation agreement.
