those who have completed vaccination:

nucleic acid testing is not required before entering Singapore

those who have not been vaccinated:

PCR or ART testing is required 48 hours before entering Singapore, and testing is not required after entering Singapore, but 7 days of home isolation is required.

Apply for an electronic entry card

The following two groups of people need to enter Singapore within 3 days before boarding. Apply for an electronic entry card SG arrival card:

1) Singapore citizens, permanent residents or long-term permit holders who arrive by air or boat

2) non-residents (that is, those who do not hold any passports, citizenship or permanent residency issued by Singapore) or IPA holders
