How to write indictments 2
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations shall submit a complaint to the People's Court.
The complaint shall state the following matters:
(1) If the parties are citizens, the names, genders, ages, nationalities, places of origin, occupations, and work units of both parties shall be stated. , address (registration place or usual place of residence), telephone number, postal code.
If the party concerned is a legal person or other organization, the name, address, and name, position, unit telephone number, and postal code of the legal representative or principal person in charge should be stated.
(2) Litigation claim and the facts and reasons on which it is based.
(3) Evidence and evidence source, witness’s name, work unit and address.
(4) It must be printed or written with blue-black ink or carbon ink, and copies must be submitted according to the number of defendants. If they are legal persons or other organizations, the tail must be stamped with an official seal.
The parties concerned have the responsibility to provide evidence for their claims.
The original evidence should be submitted.
If the evidence material is written on carbon paper, pure blue ink, or ballpoint pen, a copy should be attached when providing the original.
When parties submit documentary evidence to the court, they should fill in an evidence list in duplicate, specifying in detail the name and page number of the evidence to be submitted. After the evidence is verified by the court handler, the handler will sign and seal the evidence list. One copy shall be handed over to the parties concerned and one copy shall be filed.
In addition, copies equal to the number of defendants should be provided.

Content 3 of the indictment
The main contents of the indictment include: the physical situation of the parties, the litigation claims and the facts and reasons on which they are based.
Evidence and sources of evidence, names and residences of witnesses.
(1) The natural situation of the parties must be accurate and specific.
Natural circumstances include: the natural person’s name, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, work unit, the name of the legal person’s place of residence, the name of the legal representative, and the name of the legal person should be consistent with the identity card and business name. The license must be consistent, and the address of the party concerned must be accurate and detailed, down to the house number.
(2) The cause of action must be stated in the complaint.
In layman’s terms, the cause of action is what the lawsuit is about.
For example: If you are filing a divorce lawsuit, write the cause of the case as divorce. If you are filing a lawsuit for debt collection, write the cause of the case as loan.
(3) In the litigation request part, it should be specific and clear, such as requesting divorce, performing the contract, requesting compensation, etc.
If there are several litigation claims, they must be listed one by one.
(4) In the factual part, the cause, process, current situation, etc. of the dispute between the two parties must be clearly stated.
In the reasons part, it is necessary to focus on the facts, distinguish right from wrong, clarify responsibilities, and cite relevant legal provisions to prove it.
(5) Please indicate the name of the letter sent to the court.
(6) At the end of the complaint, the time must also be written.
The natural person party must sign in person.
For legal persons, the legal representative must sign.
And stamped with the official seal of the legal entity.

2.1.3 First, set the full text font to Chinese Song Dynasty and Western Times New Roman, with a font size of 4, a line spacing of 1.5 times, and a paragraph The spacing is 0 before the paragraph and 0 after the paragraph.
The setting method is to select the entire text and then operate the aforementioned setting options one by one.
2.1.4 Type the modules in the civil complaint under the above conditions.
2.1.5 A civil complaint usually consists of the following modules:
(1) Title;
(2) The physical condition of the parties;
(3) Request matters;
(4) Facts and reasons;
(5) Ending.
2.2 Typesetting of the title module:
2.2.1 In the default typesetting state, first set the title "Civil Complaint" to Song Dynasty small 4-size font, and then add a reply above it. Car, that is, an empty line.
Then set the font of "Civil Complaint" to Chinese Song, Song, Black and Small 2 fonts.
2.2.2 The line spacing of the title "Civil Complaint" is set to 1.5 times, then set to 1 line before the paragraph and 1 line after the paragraph.
2.2.3 The title should be centered (it should be noted that the title should be placed at the far left end of the line before performing the centering operation).
2.3 Layout of the natural status module of the parties
2.3.1 Contents that need to be listed for the natural status of the parties:

2.5.2 The text part of this module is set to Song font, with line spacing of 1.5 times; 0.5 lines before the paragraph and 0.5 lines after the paragraph.
2.5.3 In the text, give each fact a serial number. The serial number is represented by Arabic numerals, such as ?1, 2, 3, ?.
The usual order in the arrangement of civil facts and reasons is:
(1) Issues related to the subject of the parties;
(2) Rights of both parties and the supposed state of obligations, that is, the rights and obligations stipulated in the contract;
(3) The performance of the contract by both parties;
(4) The fact of breach of contract or tort;
(5) The method and amount of determination of the litigation claim;
(6) The legal basis for the litigation claim.
2.6 Typesetting of the Ending Module
2.6.1? Sincerely? Use Song Ti Xiaosi and add a carriage return (i.e. a blank line) between the last line of the text and the last line of the text.

The last character of the plaintiff’s name is 4 bytes away from the right edge of the page, that is, the distance between two characters.

2.6.5 Specific time: Use all capital letters, such as "June 7, 2014", The Xiaosi in Song style is blackened, and is located between the names of the person with the form and the name of the person with the form.
