Second, higher requirements:

1. For the mould blank larger than 2020, prying pits shall be made between all templates including ejector pins.

2. The guide sleeve of the die blank should be processed with an exhaust slot to prevent the guide sleeve from being pulled off.

3. There should be no sharp corners on the mold, and chamfering is needed. Unless otherwise specified.

4. Without consent, the internal mold and mold parts shall not be welded.

5. The periphery of the mold product must be provided with an exhaust slot at an appropriate position.

6. Try to avoid grinding the mold with a grinder. If you must use a grinder, you must use an oilstone to save light (especially the parting surface).

7. The surface treatment of internal mold rubber surface must be carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of bom or other official notices. The processing lines (wire cutting milling machine, CNC gong machine, spark machine) on the non-adhesive plane should also be polished with oilstone.

8. All internal mold materials and mold embryo grade requirements must be purchased according to the technical requirements formally confirmed in the order or design review process. Material certificate must be provided, and if it is a hard mold, a heat treatment report must be provided. All relevant certificates.

9. All the front and rear internal molds, inserts, rows, inclined tops, straight tops (push blocks) and shovels of molds need to be machined with a waist-shaped pit on the bottom or side surface, and the material name and hardness should be engraved.

10. Important and easy-to-wear parts such as ranking, pushing block, shovel and pump mouth must be nitrided and hardened.

There is no welding.

14. The runner and glue inlet need to save light #400-600.

15. The thimble, boss, thimble, inclined thimble and thimble plate should be engraved with corresponding identification codes to facilitate installation. If the thimble position on the product is not horizontal, is it necessary to make thimble seat? d? T-shaped or anti-rotation pin key is used for positioning.

16. the thimble adopts hasco or dme standard, and the selection depends on the technical requirements of' mold' in bom or other formal notice.

17. HASCO standard for waterproof ring! Processing water apron (? o? O-ring) groove, you need to reserve a gap of 0.25mm at one side for 3 degrees. Generally, the apron should be preloaded by 0.3 ~ 0.6 mm If you don't pay attention to this, the apron will be easily crushed and cause water leakage.

18. If the nozzle is to be nitrided, it must be blocked with a pin. The radius of the pump nozzle must meet the requirements of the drawings. The nozzle was not nitrided, and it may have been punched before it was ejected.

19. Conventional structural molds must be equipped with supporting heads, and both ends need to be ground flat. The small die is preloaded by 0. 1mm, and the large die is preloaded by 0. 1mm-0. 13mm. ....

20. The diameter of the locating ring must conform to the drawings, and the form and position of the ejector pin joint must conform to the drawings.

2 1. Please refer to the bom or the confirmed die drawing for the specifications of the nozzle, and the counterbore of the nozzle must be processed and installed according to the die drawing. Drilling shall not be skewed, and the acute angle shall be chamfered.

22. Water transport must be marked with ini, outi, in2 and out2. ..

23. All marks printed on the mold must be neat and straight, and shall not be bent.

24. The mold needs to be equipped with side locks (straight locks) on four sides. If the side lock cannot be installed, a tapered lock or a tapered lock needs to be installed. Tapered locks shall be installed horizontally.

25. All screws and die fittings should be the preferred standard parts, and the screw head cannot be sawed off. The effective locking length of the screw must be long enough, usually 1.5 or 2.

26. The hot nozzle groove must be circular to avoid scratching the welding wire.

27. Install the hot nozzle id card on the side of the template.

28. Die acceptance: Does the technician need to cooperate with the die engineer for pressing? Mold list? Packaging and demoulding can only be carried out after acceptance and signature by the supervisor.

29. Note: Before formwork erection, water shall be subjected to hydrostatic test (above 100pa), and then the water shall be blown clean by wind.

30. Note: In the manufacturing process, it is necessary to maintain the outer surface of the die blank to prevent rust and scratches. Before packaging, the internal mold needs to be sprayed with white/colorless antirust agent, and all mold surfaces must be cleaned and then coated with butter. Spray blue on the outer surface of the mold embryo!
