Article 21 If the parties reach an agreement through consultation, a self-negotiation agreement on road traffic accidents shall be made and signed by ××××. The self-negotiation agreement on road traffic accidents shall specify the time, place, weather, name of the parties, driver's license number or ID number, contact information, motor vehicle type and license plate number, insurance company, insurance certificate number, accident form, collision location, responsibilities of the parties, etc.
Article 22 If the parties reach an agreement through consultation, they can pay the road traffic accident compensation in the following ways: (1) The parties themselves pay compensation; (two) to claim compensation for losses from the insured insurance company or the road traffic accident insurance claim service place. If the parties still fail to perform after reaching an agreement through consultation, they may apply to the People's Mediation Committee for mediation or bring a civil lawsuit to the People's Court.
