When quoting these numbers in a document, there are two steps: 1. Insert the caption, select the text "Figure 1- 1" in the caption, insert-bookmark-type book signature-add. Place the cursor where it needs to be inserted, insert-cross-reference-bookmark, quote content-bookmark text, select the signature of the book just typed, and then click "Insert". Word will insert the text "Figure1-kloc-0/"into the cursor. When you need to refer to it again in other places, just insert the cross reference of the corresponding bookmark directly.
The numbering method of the table is the same as that of the figure. The only difference is that the title of the table is above the table and needs to be aligned to the left.
The numbers of the formulas are slightly different. After inserting the formula, put the formula in a separate paragraph with the layout of "Embedded" (Word default), put the cursor behind the formula, do not select the formula, and insert-caption. By the way, cross-references, bookmarks and titles are all fields in Word. Fields are the contents that may change in a document, and Word uses fields to automate the document. 8? 5( 1) When creating a new label in the caption, Word will automatically add a space between the label text and the serial number, which looks uncomfortable. You can delete spaces after inserting the title, and then bookmark the text.

8? 5(3) When the number of the chart (table or formula) changes, sometimes the references in the document will not be updated automatically. You can right-click the quoted text and select Update Field from the pop-up menu. Closing the document and opening Word will update all fields.
