No one is allowed to take out the operating room without the permission of the visiting nurse.

When deep abscess or multiple abscess is cut and drained, the number of gauze packed in the wound should be recorded in detail in the "Other" column of the surgical nursing record sheet, and signed by the surgeon for confirmation, so that the doctor can check with the recorded number when taking it out after surgery.

4. If there are frozen sections and pathological specimens for inspection during the operation, it is forbidden to wrap the specimens with surgical materials such as gauze, and special circumstances must be registered.

5. During the operation, the instrument nurse should monitor all items at any time, especially the number of stitches, so as to know fairly well.

6. It is forbidden to cut gauze, gauze pad and other dressings into other dressings during the operation.

Four, inventory matters needing attention

7. Items such as small yarn strips and cotton sheets are strictly prohibited from overlapping counting. They must be unfolded to check whether the front and back are consistent.

8. Before the end of the operation, any personnel in the operating room shall not take any surgical materials out of the operating room or use them for other purposes, and shall not throw other items into the surgical dressing bucket, so as not to cause counting errors.
