Plot introduction

The story takes place in the late 1980s, Victor (Tom· Hanks (played by Hanks) is a Kwakosha man. In order to fulfill his father's last wish, he came to the United States to get the 40th signature of the Fantasy Jazz Band. At the airport, he learned about the war in his motherland.

Victor's passport, identity document, and immigration documents were all invalid, and he was detained at the airport. In an instant, Victor became an isolated man without a country and a family. He became a victim of the changes in international politics. While being detained at the airport, Victor had only two choices: either return to his home country, but after the coup in his country, he no longer recognized him as a national after going through immigration procedures; or obtain valid documents and enter the United States where he immigrated. , but his certificate had apparently expired and could never be replaced.

Standing in this country that did not belong to him, looking at the strange people coming and going, Victor couldn't help but feel confused. In desperation, he could only stay at the airport, sleep on a chair in the lobby, take a shower in the bathroom, and live by serving passengers passing by. All he has now is his own body, and a small suitcase containing a change of clothes, a razor and paid identification.

By chance, Victor meets Emilia (Catherine Zeta Jones), a beautiful stewardess.

Amelia unknowingly developed a crush on Victor and was confused by her own thoughts. Victor began to work hard to find a job in order to have dinner with Amelia, and she slowly fell in love with him. I fell in love with this delicate and honest man. A "a blessing in disguise" seems to have happened like this.
