This standard specifies the procurement, acceptance, warehousing and warehousing management of spare parts of the company's equipment. In order to further standardize the timeliness and unified management of equipment spare parts, the system and management responsibilities of equipment spare parts from declaration, procurement, warehousing, storage and distribution are defined to ensure the smooth progress of equipment normal maintenance plan and the normal production of the company.

3. 1 spare parts: spare parts used to shorten the time of equipment fault repair for smooth equipment maintenance, and spare parts that need to be replaced during regular equipment maintenance.
3.2 Parts to be repaired: parts that cannot work normally but can be reused after repair.
3.3 Scrapped parts: parts that can't work and can't be repaired or the maintenance cost is close to or even higher than the cost of purchasing the parts.

4. Responsibility and authority
4. 1 The equipment management department is the centralized management department of equipment spare parts, and is responsible for the formulation, optimization and update of the equipment spare parts list and the equipment vulnerable spare parts list.
4.2 The equipment management department is responsible for the confirmation of declared spare parts and scrapped parts, the optimization of spare parts brands and substitutes, the supervision and inspection of spare parts used by the production department and the confirmation of spare parts for warehouse equipment.
4.3 The Equipment Management Department is responsible for organizing security personnel to repair or outsource the parts that need to be repaired, and confirming the repair status of the parts that need to be repaired.
4.4 The warehouse keeper is responsible for the warehousing, storage and distribution of equipment spare parts, and is responsible for the inventory of equipment spare parts at the end of each month, and sends the inventory list to the person in charge of each shift, who is responsible for reporting and filling in the spare parts in stock. The warehouse keeper is responsible for counting the consumption of vulnerable spare parts of equipment and submitting a report at the beginning of the next month.

5. Workflow
5. 1 Formulate the safety stock of spare parts, the list of spare parts for equipment and the list of spare parts for equipment wearing parts.
5. 1. 1 The equipment management department formulates the system according to various equipment operating instructions, equipment maintenance instructions and equipment account.
Order the list of equipment spare parts and the list of equipment vulnerable spare parts, and distribute them to the supervisors of each shift and the warehouse keeper of equipment spare parts.
5. 1.2 The list of equipment spare parts and the list of equipment vulnerable spare parts shall include categories, names, specifications and models, replacement cycle, maximum and minimum inventory, applicable equipment, acquisition channels, replacement parts and procurement cycle. 5.2 Equipment Spare Parts Purchase Declaration
5.2. 1 At the end of each month, the warehouse keeper will make an inventory and send the inventory list to the supervisors of each shift, who will fill in the Material Requirements Schedule for purchasing and supplementing according to the safety inventory of spare parts in stock.
5.2.2 If spare parts are not left over for a long time during the replacement cycle, the supervisors of each shift shall fill in the purchase every month, and fully consider the lead time.
5.2.3 Spare parts damaged due to sudden failure shall be filled in the List of Material Requirements by each section head, marked with the word "Urgent", and submitted to the Purchasing Department for quick procurement.
5.2.4 The buyer shall track the purchasing and arrival of spare parts in time, and if there is no delay in spare parts, he shall know the reasons and report to the superior management in time.
5.3 Warehouse management of equipment spare parts
5.3. 1 All purchased spare parts must be put into storage in strict accordance with the following regulations and go through warehousing procedures. Upon arrival, the warehouse keeper must carefully check whether the model, specification and quantity, appearance and description of the arrived spare parts are consistent, and confirm whether the outer packaging is in good condition. If the delivery note is found to be irregular, unclear or ambiguous, it shall promptly notify the relevant procurement responsible personnel to handle or reject the goods. The warehouse keeper shall contact the buyer for acceptance of the arrived spare parts. After the purchaser has passed the acceptance, the warehouse can only enter the warehouse after filling in the Arrival Acceptance Form or signing the Delivery Note for acceptance. For unqualified spare parts, the requisitioner is responsible for communicating with the buyer, and the buyer will return or exchange goods according to the specific situation.
5.3.2 When the processed parts are put into storage, the warehouse keeper shall check whether the outer packaging is in good condition and whether the quantity is correct, and notify relevant technicians and purchasers to check the specifications and quality; Those that pass the inspection can be put into storage. If the inspection quality is unqualified, please contact the buyer to return or exchange goods.
5.3.3 After the newly purchased spare parts arrive, the warehouse keeper shall contact the spare parts buyer in time for confirmation inspection.
5.3.5 The warehouse keeper must record all the spare parts in storage into the SAP system in time after passing the acceptance, and print the Material Receipt for archiving.

5.5. 1 Spare parts in the warehouse shall be stacked and stored according to the characteristics such as variety, specification, volume, weight, use, etc. When the varieties and models of new spare parts are added, they shall be labeled with material codes in time.
5.5.2 The requirements for filling in the labels and positions of warehouse materials must be accurate. When pasting, the material code label should be aligned horizontally and the position label should be aligned vertically. Spare parts in the warehouse shall be piled up neatly, stably and clearly, and articles shall not be piled up at will in the passage.
5.5.3 The warehouse keeper shall keep a good account of the warehouse materials, ensure that the accounts are consistent, and do a good job of warehousing, sorting and keeping in time.

5.7 Spare Parts Borrowing Management
5.7. 1 Spare parts can only be lent if the Spare Parts Lending Application Registration Form is filled in. Be sure to confirm whether it is damaged and clean when returning goods, and the warehouse keeper will return it to the warehouse.
5.7.2 Spare parts lent from the warehouse have been used and treated as recipients.
5.7.3 Damaged spare parts are not allowed to be returned to the warehouse, and shall be treated as recipients.
5.7.4 The warehouse keeper shall give priority to distributing or allocating the returned spare parts when delivering the goods.
5.8 Management of Maintenance and Scrap Parts
5.8. 1 The replaced parts shall be handled within one week by the security guards and the heads of each shift of the equipment department.
5.8.2 For the parts that need maintenance, the security guard is responsible for maintenance or outsourcing maintenance. After the repaired parts are inspected by the heads of each shift of the equipment department, they shall be registered and recorded, and the principle of giving priority to repairing parts shall be adopted in the spare parts library of the equipment.
5.8.3 Anyone who meets one of the following conditions shall be scrapped:
(1) spare parts are seriously damaged and cannot be repaired;
(two) the use of a long time, the appearance of serious damage, after the repair can not meet the technical indicators;
(3) upgrading, backward technology, low efficiency and poor economic benefits;
5.8.4 Spare parts that are no longer used due to equipment modification, cleaning, scrapping and other reasons shall be reported to the superior by the person in charge of each shift of the equipment management department, and submitted to the property management department for handling after approval.
5.8.5 The warehouse keeper must manage the repaired and scrapped parts, mark them well and establish a list.
5.9 Statistical analysis and continuous improvement
5.9. 1 At the end of each month, the Equipment Management Department shall make statistics on the storage and replacement of spare parts in order to seek opportunities for improvement. Improvements include inventory increase and decrease, spare parts quality, procurement cost and procurement cycle.
5.9.2 The Equipment Management Department will update the Improvement Measures of Spare Parts List and Equipment Wearable Spare Parts List.
