There is no such software at present. But I have a good solution to your problem. First of all, you have a pure black theme. Then you have some pure black and white pictures. Then you use these pictures as wallpaper to display them in full screen. I always use it this way. Changing pictures is much easier than changing themes. If your favorite picture is white, then you have a white theme. Ha ha. It's that simple.
