Legal analysis: the contract signed by the intermediary may not be valid. With the consent of the landlord, you can sign a rental contract with the intermediary. That is, the intermediary first signs a rental agreement with the landlord, and then sublets the house to others. The intermediary company is equivalent to the second landlord. If the intermediary company is not recognized by the landlord, the contract signed will have no effect. If there is authorization, the contract is valid only after ratification by the principal.
