Does the board resolution require the signature of the supervisor?
The resolution of the board of directors shall be signed by the directors present at the meeting. As> has clearly stipulated that directors and senior management personnel shall not concurrently serve as supervisors. Therefore, when the board of directors is convened, supervisors can only attend the board meeting as nonvoting delegates and raise questions or suggestions on the matters resolved by the board of directors. In other words, the supervisor can only sign at the attendance, but not at the signature of attendance or voting.
