1. Open the Excel application, create a new worksheet or open an existing worksheet.

2. In the column to be filled with numbers, enter the first number to be filled.

3. In the input box, click to select the cell, and then click Finish or Next on the keyboard.

4. Slide the fill handle down (in the lower right corner of the selected cell) until the range you want to fill ends.

5. Release your finger and Excel will automatically fill in the numbers.
