Reporting procedure of "critical value" in physical examination center
After the medical technology department detects the "critical value", it immediately calls the relevant personnel or the director of the physical examination center to report. After receiving the "critical value" report, the physical examination center should immediately inform the patient to come to the hospital for first aid and help the patient to contact the appropriate doctor. After understanding the situation, the doctor should first give the patient the necessary treatment. The physical examination center is responsible for tracking the implementation and making corresponding records.
When receiving the patient's "critical value" result notified by telephone, the medical staff must confirm it repeatedly before providing it to the doctor.
