Legal basis: Article 30, Chapter 5 of the Villagers' Organization Law of the People's Republic of China. Villagers' committees practice the system of making village affairs public. The villagers' committee shall promptly announce the following matters and accept villagers' supervision: the matters discussed and decided by villagers' meetings and villagers' representative meetings as stipulated in Articles 23 and 24 of this Law and their implementation, and the implementation plan of the national family planning policy. Management and use of government donations and disaster relief and subsidies accepted by the society; Villagers' committees assist the people's governments in their work; Other matters involving the interests of the villagers and the general concern of the villagers.
Among the matters specified in the preceding paragraph, the general matters shall be published at least once every quarter; If there are many collective financial exchanges, the financial revenue and expenditure shall be announced once a month; Major issues involving the interests of villagers shall be announced at any time.
