1. Late arrival, early leave and absenteeism.
Specific provisions:
1. Employees are allowed to be late twice a month, and the cumulative delay time shall not exceed 30 minutes. Being late for more than 3 times (including 3 times) for more than 30 minutes shall be treated as absenteeism 1 hour. More than 1 hour is regarded as absenteeism for half a day. (Those who are late for more than 30 minutes due to accidents may be given compensatory leave after verification by the supervisor or personnel. )
2. Employees who leave work 30 minutes before the specified time are regarded as leaving early, and those who leave work more than 30 minutes in advance are regarded as absenteeism.
3. Employees are allowed to miss punching twice a month, and the missed punching should be handled by the supervisor. Those who miss the punch card for more than three times (including three times) will be punished despite the work certificate approved by the department head. Employees exceeding this number will be treated as 10 yuan/time.
4. Employees who miss punching should fill in the record of employees who miss punching. After the department head confirms the working hours, the administrative department will handle it accordingly.
5. The office is responsible for the implementation of this regulation throughout the company, and the heads of all departments should supervise the employees to go to work according to the specified time. Such as supervisor's illegal approval of absence, concealment of employee's absence, etc. , according to the amount deducted by employees who violate the regulations, double the punishment.
6. Security personnel should conscientiously implement and supervise the punch system stipulated by the company, and must not type, write or alter it. After punching, the cards should be placed in the corresponding positions according to the numbers. 30 yuan/person-time financial penalty shall be given to employees who punch in on behalf of them (fine object: punching in and punching in); If the security guard punches in, 50 yuan will be fined and suspended.
7. If you have something to go out during working hours, you must submit the release form to the security room in accordance with the regulations before leaving the factory (the employees of each department ask the department head for approval, and the department head and the office ask the general manager for approval). The release notice shall be signed by the department head and confirmed by the administrative signature. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism for half a day.
8. If the head of the department and the office can't report for duty, they should ask for leave from the administrative staff for the record.
Two. go on vacation
1. Any form of vacation needs the prior approval of the department head and registration in the administrative department.
2. In case of emergency, if you can't ask for leave in advance, you should call the head of the department and the administrative department within two hours and go through the formalities on the day you go to work, otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism.
3. Ask for leave in the current month 1 day (or 1 time), and deduct 3/5 attendance.
4. Ask for leave for more than 2 days in the month without full attendance.
5. If the employee is unwell and asks for sick leave, he must inform the supervisor, fill in the "Leave Form" and submit it to the supervisor for signature and approval. If there is an emergency, you should call the supervisor for approval first, and reissue the [Leave of absence] when you go to work after illness. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism.
6. Sick leave should be accompanied by a doctor's certificate, original hospital medical records and hospital invoices. (Return after verification)

1. Those who are absent from work for three consecutive working days without reason, or those who ask for leave without approval, are regarded as absenteeism. The direct supervisor will personally contact me to find out the reason and hand in the "dismissal report" within two days after the expiration of three days.
2.30 days of absenteeism without approval for a total of 3 days (24 hours) shall be regarded as absenteeism and punished as absenteeism.
