2. Consular certification does not exercise the certification function for the matters proved by notarial certificates or other supporting documents, and does not assume responsibility for the authenticity and legality of the contents of the documents themselves. The issuing agency is responsible for the contents of the document.
3. If the contents of the documents certified by the consul are changed or replaced, the consular certificate is invalid.
4. Applicants and interested parties of the contents of the documents certified by the consular institutions may apply to the consular certification institution that issued the consular certification institution for review if they have any objection to the consular certification issued by the consular certification institution.
5. After receiving the application for reexamination, the consular certification institution shall conduct examination and verification. If the number, witness and date of issue of the consular certificate are wrong, it shall be corrected in time.
