(two) the militia oath, with the militia company (battalion) as the unit, organized by the militia company (battalion) and the instructor (instructor).

(3) Before taking the oath, the militia should be educated about its nature, tasks and functions.

(4) The oath must be solemn and neat. The swearing-in place can be chosen in an educational place.

(5) After the swearing-in, the deponent shall sign the oath list.
